Drinkly Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Drinkly phone and watch app provided by Yurii Bulan ("we"). By installing or using Drinkly you accept them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Not medical advice

Drinkly helps you track water and shows an approximate goal. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor. The goal comes from general formulas and may not suit you. If you have a kidney or heart condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or a doctor has limited your fluids, follow your doctor's advice rather than the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Drinkly on your devices under the rules of the store you installed it from. You may not reverse-engineer, modify or resell the app except where the law allows it.

3. Drinkly Pro

• Some features are in Drinkly Pro: a monthly or yearly subscription, or a lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown in the app and the store.
• Payments are handled by Google Play, the App Store or Huawei AppGallery under their terms. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your store's subscription settings.
• If a free trial is offered, the subscription becomes paid when it ends unless you cancel before.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its rules. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• A lifetime purchase lasts as long as we support the app and is tied to your store account.

4. Watches and third-party services

The watch apps and syncing depend on the makers' services (Huawei Health, Google, Apple, Garmin Connect) and on your model being supported. We are not responsible for those services being available. The list of supported models may change.

5. Your data

Data is stored on your devices. You are responsible for backups; we cannot restore data you deleted or lost with a device.

6. Limitation of liability

Drinkly is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or harm to health resulting from decisions based on the app's data. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms. We will announce material changes in the app; continuing to use it means you accept them. You can stop using Drinkly at any time by uninstalling it.

8. Law and contact

Умови використання Drinkly

Набирають чинності: 28 жовтня 2026 року

Ці умови регулюють використання застосунку Drinkly для телефона й годинника, який надає Юрій Булан (Yurii Bulan) («ми»). Встановлюючи або використовуючи Drinkly, ви погоджуєтеся з ними. Як ми поводимося з даними, описано в Політиці конфіденційності.

1. Не медична порада

Drinkly допомагає вести облік води й показує орієнтовну норму. Це не медичний виріб, він не діагностує, не лікує й не замінює лікаря. Норма розрахована за загальними формулами й може вам не підходити. Якщо у вас захворювання нирок чи серця, ви вагітні, годуєте груддю або лікар обмежив вам рідину, дотримуйтеся порад лікаря, а не застосунку.

2. Ліцензія

Ми надаємо вам особисту, невиключну ліцензію без права передачі на використання Drinkly на ваших пристроях відповідно до правил магазину, з якого його встановлено. Не можна розбирати, змінювати чи перепродавати застосунок, крім випадків, дозволених законом.

3. Drinkly Pro

• Частина функцій доступна в Drinkly Pro: щомісячна чи щорічна підписка або довічна покупка. Актуальні ціни показані в застосунку й у магазині.
• Оплату обробляють Google Play, App Store або Huawei AppGallery за своїми умовами. Підписка продовжується автоматично, якщо не скасувати її щонайменше за 24 години до кінця періоду в налаштуваннях підписок вашого магазину.
• Якщо пропонується безкоштовний пробний період, після нього підписка стає платною, якщо ви не скасуєте її раніше.
• Повернення коштів здійснює магазин за його правилами. Видалення застосунку не скасовує підписку.
• Довічна покупка діє, доки ми підтримуємо застосунок, і прив'язана до облікового запису магазину.

4. Годинники й сторонні сервіси

Робота на годиннику та синхронізація залежать від сервісів виробників (Huawei Health, Google, Apple, Garmin Connect) і від сумісності вашої моделі. Ми не відповідаємо за доступність цих сервісів. Перелік підтримуваних моделей може змінюватися.

5. Ваші дані

Дані зберігаються на ваших пристроях. Ви відповідаєте за резервні копії; видалені або втрачені разом із пристроєм дані ми відновити не можемо.

6. Обмеження відповідальності

Drinkly надається «як є». У межах, дозволених законом, ми не несемо відповідальності за непрямі збитки, втрату даних чи шкоду здоров'ю внаслідок рішень, ухвалених на підставі даних застосунку. Ніщо в цих умовах не обмежує ваших прав споживача, які не можна обмежити за законом.

7. Зміни й припинення

Ми можемо оновлювати застосунок і ці умови. Про суттєві зміни повідомимо в застосунку; продовження користування означає згоду з новими умовами. Ви можете будь-коли припинити користування, видаливши застосунок.
